DelvinFletcher

Delvin Fletcher joined IIBA as its 4th President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. Prior to joining IIBA, he was with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as CIO, leading digital transformation in a large membership and regulated not-for-profit association.

He spent his early professional years with KPMG Management Consulting working on strategy, marketing, technology and operations projects in North America and EMEA. He has served in leadership roles and managed global teams at both multinationals and high growth privately held companies, including SAP, Rubbermaid, Shred-it International, Ethoca Limited and Xchange Technology Group.

Delvin holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and is both a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
