About the 2021 Conference

Create. Innovate. Iterate. Transform.

The 2021 Business Analysis Summit Southern Africa was held as a fully virtual conference on 4–5 October 2021, bringing together over 30 speakers and the wider BA community across Southern Africa and beyond for two intensive days of online sessions.

Under the theme The Business Evolving: Create. Innovate. Iterate. Transform., the programme explored how business analysts and their organisations must continuously evolve to remain relevant — creating new capabilities, innovating approaches, iterating on delivery, and driving transformation. The conference ran three parallel breakout tracks each day, giving delegates a choice of sessions across multiple themes.

The event was organised by IIBA Southern Africa, the official regional chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis.
