Tshepo Matjila is a Management Consultant with extensive Business Analysis experience acquired across 4 of the 5 blue chip banks in South Africa. He is the Design Thinking Lead for IQbusiness and has spoken, over the years, at local and international platforms on innovative practices.

At BA Summit 2018, Tshepo co-facilitated the pre-conference workshop “Design Thinking for Business Analysis”, deconstructing the Design Thinking process using method engineering and overlaying the Business Analysis Knowledge Areas as contained in the BABOK Guide v3.
