About the 2016 Conference

A New Era Begins

The 2016 Business Analysis Summit Southern Africa marked a pivotal turning point — the first conference under the bold new restyled format that would define the Summit for years to come. Under the theme Business Analysis Rising, the conference brought together practitioners, thought leaders, and innovators at the Hilton, Sandton.

With pre-conference workshops across three rooms, two packed days of concurrent sessions, a Shebeen leadership lounge, and an Agile Open Space, the 2016 summit set the standard for what a BA Summit could be: immersive, diverse, and deeply connected to the realities of business analysis in Southern Africa and beyond.

The conference was organised by IIBA Southern Africa, the official regional chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis.
