Sonia Vaessler brings 23 years of experience in the software development field, founded on solid exposure to Project Management, Business Management, Solutions Architecture, Coaching/Training/Mentoring, Business Analysis and Agile disciplines.

As a Solutions Architect and strategic thinker, she is adept at driving vision. As a Trainer, she excels at mobilising and upskilling people. As a Project Manager, she is meticulous in her planning. As an Agile coach, she initiates and encourages lasting Agile transformations, and as a Business Analyst, she has exceptional drive to ensure that business goals and objectives are always attained through the systems and processes developed.

Sonia is a contributor to the body of knowledge of business analysis and solutions architecture through numerous articles she writes in her spare time. She is an active member of professional bodies including IIBA and PMI SA. At BA Summit 2018, she presented on “Future Ready Mindsets: Capabilities to deal with the challenges and opportunities presented by the cyber-physical age”, exploring cognitive load management, novel and adaptive thinking, systems thinking and creativity as key skills for the future BA.
