Sne is a seasoned IT executive with over 2 decades of experience, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles spanning local, regional, and global jurisdictions. She is currently the Group Vice President for Technology and Digital at AECI, where she leads digital transformation strategy, enterprise IT operations, and technology alignment to drive business strategic imperatives.

Previously, Sne was the Chief Information Officer and Executive Committee Member at Discovery Insure, leading a team of 170+ IT professionals and championing agile delivery and business value realisation. She has also held senior roles at Danone and Unilever, where she led IT functions across various regions and served as Unilever’s Global Release Manager based in Bangalore, India.

Academically, Sne holds a BSc in Computer Science, a BCom Honours in Information Systems, and an MBA. She is a passionate mentor, proud mother of three, an avid traveler, and extreme sports enthusiast. Her purpose is clear: to ignite the magic within herself and spark that same magic in others.
