Sivuyile Magwentshu is currently a Business Analysis Manager at TFG. She has over 10 years of work experience in the IT project delivery space, spanning the full SDLC from developer, tester, business analyst and project manager through to system support.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town (UCT), and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB). Sivuyile has a keen interest in how key external factors influence strategy implementation — behaviours, environmental influences, mindset and bias — with her MBA thesis focusing on the role of middle management in strategy execution.
