He is a confident business problem solver who is passionate about business analysis to problem solve and bring change within the business and that delivers value.

Paul has working experience over the last 26, with 16 years of it as a Business analyst, Project Management and Systems analysis with exposure in the Banking, Asset Management, Financial Planning and Pharmaceutical industries.

Paul, who believes learning never stops especially in the Business Analysis Industry, loves learning new ideas, technology, and techniques and sharing those learnings with others through workshops, coaching and mentoring of others.

He runs the certification webinars for the IIBSA where he hosts speakers to help other Business Analysts to start their certification journey.

He is a strong believer in the soft skills needed by business analysts, especially in relation to relationship building, influence and leadership. He sees Business Analysts as Influencers and Leaders, irrespective of title or position.

Besides his Diploma in Business Analysis from FTI, he hold an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from UCT and is currently working on his CBAP
