Melissa Botha is a Lead Regulatory Business Analyst at FNB with more than 13 years of BA experience spanning financial services, investment portfolios, telecommunications, and financial crimes compliance. She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool in the UK.

Melissa serves as an Executive Board Member of IIBA South Africa, where she heads the Professional Development and Technology portfolio. She has been active in mentoring since 2018 and runs the IIBA-SA mentorship programme, helping the next generation of business analysts build their skills and careers.
