About the 2019 Conference
The 8th Edition — One Step Beyond
The 2019 Business Analysis Summit Southern Africa brought together business analysts, consultants, and thought leaders from across the continent and beyond for the 8th edition of Southern Africa’s premier BA conference.
Held at the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West, Cape Town from 16–18 September 2019, the conference explored the theme Repositioning Business Analysis To Go One Step Beyond — challenging practitioners to expand their impact, embrace emerging technologies, and lead with purpose in an era of disruption.
The programme featured pre-conference workshops, two full days of parallel sessions across three rooms, and keynote addresses from internationally recognised thought leaders. The conference was organised by IIBA South Africa, the official regional chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis.
