Kotie Langenhoven is a Senior Business and Usability (UX) Analyst at Sanlam, combining a creative and analytical mindset with a passion for teaching, coaching, and lifelong learning. She holds a Diploma in Accounting, a BComm in Business Management and Industrial Psychology from Unisa, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from the USB (Stellenbosch Business School).

Kotie is deeply committed to solving complex problems in novel ways and helps clients and colleagues unlock clarity through structured analysis and human-centred design. Alongside her professional work, she is passionate about life purpose coaching, supporting individuals in discovering and living their unique purpose.
