Khethelo Malinga is the former President of IIBA’s South Africa Chapter and is now a board member of IIBA. She leads the Chapter’s strategy and is focused on connecting a community of business analysis professionals, increasing membership, and maximising skills development in the profession.

Khethelo has dedicated her career to advancing the field of business analysis and helping organisations thrive. With 14+ years of experience in banking, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in today’s changing business environment.

As a CBAP®, she has worked as a Business Analyst for most of her career with experience in process reengineering, product ownership, solutions design, and digital transformation projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Information Systems, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PDBM), a Lean Six Sigma belt, and a Prince2 Foundation certificate, and is studying towards her MBA.
