Igor Smirnov is a Business Intelligence specialist and trainer with more than 20 years of experience delivering BI and analytics projects across pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing sectors. He has worked with organisations including Novartis, Toyota, A1, and Pernod Ricard, building customer-focused solutions that harness big data, loyalty programmes, customer insights, predictive analysis, and machine learning.

Igor is a board member of the IIBA Chapter Slovenia, a position he has held since 2009. He is passionate about coaching teams to deliver data-driven value and brings deep practical expertise to the intersection of business analysis and advanced analytics.
