Gloria Silinda is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), a Certified Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town, and a Certified Enneagram Practitioner (Level 2: Advanced Team Dynamics). She holds a BCom Honours in Economics. Currently working in the banking sector as a Business Relationship Manager at the South African Reserve Bank, she also leads a team of Business Analysts. With over 31 years of experience in the corporate environment, Gloria has held diverse roles spanning Business Operations, Business Analysis, Management, and IT Business Relationship Management.

Gloria is passionate about personal growth and development, and has expanded her impact into the people development space through mentoring and coaching.
