Annu Augustine is a product management coach and founder of NedRock, a company focused on upskilling product managers in Africa. With over 25 years in tech as a software engineer, product manager, and advisor, she helps teams build products that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. Her coaching draws on global best practices, including those from the Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG). In 2022, she was the only person from Africa invited to Marty Cagan’s exclusive “Coach the Coaches” workshop held in New York.

Annu is passionate about helping teams break out of feature factories and adopt outcome-driven ways of working. In 2018, she was named one of South Africa’s 50 most inspiring women in STEM. She also founded the Cape Town Product Meetup and mentors product managers and leaders across Africa.
