During her career, Aishwarya has developed key skills such as strategic solution selling, business development, and market research, as well as competitive and strategic analyses in the Indian, English, European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.

Aishwarya’s strong background in Business Analysis, with experience in software design and business process mapping, serves as a complement to her near decade of work experience within the banking and financial services industry, with a focus on solution design based on people, processes, and best practices.

She is highly motivated to reinvent solutions focused on future customer needs, rather than simply fulfilling immediate customer desires. She has also proven to be a quick learner who enjoys gaining new skills, constantly putting her efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic thinking to the test. At BA Summit 2018, she presented “Strategy in Business Analysis”, exploring how Digital Transformation is driving the paradigm of Business Analysis toward more strategic engagement at enterprise level.
