Carina Fourie is an experienced business coach, with a broad background in business and IT. She is a principal consultant, business architect and business coach at DVT (Dynamic Visual Technologies), and her main responsibility is to head up coaching services for IT individuals and teams.

As a former business and process analyst, and business architect, she has years of experience in mentoring and training business analysts. She has done leadership and team coaching across various disciplines including financial services, medical science, business entrepreneurs and coaching students.

Apart from a BSc in Information Systems (Unisa), she holds two Masters degrees — MPhil in Information & Knowledge Management from the University of Stellenbosch and MPhil in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She is a Core Conversational Intelligence practitioner accredited by the international WE-institute and an accredited Specialist Strengths Coach (Strengths Institute). Her passion is maximising the potential of individuals and teams in the workplace. She has four children, lives in Cape Town and is an avid foodie and traveller.
