With over 14 years of experience in the ICT sector, Pheladi Sedibe has built a strong track record across both public and private sectors. She holds a National Diploma in Software Development, along with National Certificates in Advanced Business Analysis and Project Management. She is certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Architect Technologies and Design, and TOGAF 9, and is a registered member of the Association of Enterprise Architects in South Africa.

During her tenure at South African Tourism, Pheladi served on several key governance committees including the Tender Board, Business Specification Committee, Business Evaluation Committee, and IT Steering Committee. She has successfully led and managed projects with budgets of up to R40 million, with expertise spanning stakeholder management, backlog management, analytical thinking, and a wide range of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps.
