Tendai is a seasoned Business Analyst Professional with over 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector in South Africa. She holds 4 degrees namely Master of Commerce in IS, Bachelor of Commerce Honours in IS, Bachelor of Social Science Honours and a Bachelor of Social Science. She has had extensive exposure to enterprise wide projects which have enabled her to sharpen her Business Analysis skills. She is extremely passionate about the BA profession and has a special interest in mentorship and development of young aspiring Business Analysts. She has been instrumental in setting up and leading BA Community of Practices in organisations and enjoys sharing lessons learnt with the wider BA community. Her motto in life – never stop learning!! Through learning, new insights are gained that can influence the course of one’s life and the lives of others!
