Samantha Naidoo is an experienced business analysis professional, mentor and advocate for the growth of the BA community in South Africa. At BA Summit 2018, she presented a lightning talk titled “From Good to Great!”, exploring how business analysts can grow their careers by belonging to something bigger than themselves, understanding the full value chain of their role, and accelerating their professional eminence both in the workplace and in the industry.

Her talk touched on the importance of learning from the best through coaching and mentoring, being prepared to fail and grow, and navigating the professional landscape with purpose and clarity. Samantha was also one of the thirteen selected mentors for the 2018 IIBA-SA Mentorship Programme, volunteering her time to develop the next generation of business analysis professionals in South Africa.
