Throughout her career, Rudzani has led and continues to lead transformational initiatives that connect business strategy, people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable organisational impact. Through her leadership of multidisciplinary teams, she has driven business transformation, process excellence, and continuous improvement programs that enhance operational performance, improve stakeholder value, and create sustainable business outcomes. She is passionate about developing people, actively mentoring and empowering business analysis practitioners while helping to build future leaders and strengthen organisational capability.

Rudzani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA, completed with five distinctions, and qualifications in Information Technology, Information and Knowledge Management, and Business Analysis.

A dedicated advocate for advancing the business analysis profession, she serves on the Woolworths Business Analysis Community of Practice (CoP) Committee, promoting knowledge sharing, professional development, and continuous improvement.
