Rafeeqah Isaacs is a highly accomplished public sector professional with extensive experience in health systems, data management, and governance within the Western Cape Government. With a strong academic foundation in public management and administration, complemented by specialised qualifications in project management, business analysis, and executive coaching, she brings a strategic and results-driven approach to improving service delivery.

Currently serving as Assistant Director: Health Support and Work Stream Team Lead for Data Requests at the Western Cape Department of Health’s Provincial Health Data Centre, Rafeeqah plays a pivotal role in managing complex operational and research data requests. She is recognised for designing and implementing efficient, governance-aligned workflows that enhance data accessibility, streamline processes, and improve stakeholder experience.
