Neo Mashishi is a business analysis professional who presented a lightning talk at BA Summit 2018 titled “Innovation and Technology: Separate or Interdependent?” His talk drew on a collection of seminal works across the innovation and technology disciplines to discuss the distinction between the two concepts and, in particular, the attributes that contribute to their interdependency.

Neo was part of the “Conversations around the Disruptive Business Analyst” lightning talk panel at BA Summit 2018, which explored the new skills, mindsets and approaches needed for business analysts to survive and thrive in disruptive times.
