At BA Summit 2018, Jaco presented “The User-Centric Business Analyst”, sharing his career journey from Business Analyst to User Experience Design, and comparing the traditional BA role to that of a UX Analyst and UX Designer. His presentation explored the principles of UX Design and what BAs can do to become more user-centric in their work.
