Gain the structure and confidence to approach business analysis with clarity.
Business analysis can feel broad when you first encounter it. There are roles, techniques, stakeholders, processes, requirements, business cases and change activities — and it is not always obvious how they fit together in real work.
This workshop gives you a clear, practical introduction to business analysis. You’ll explore the core language, concepts and techniques behind the role, so you can see where you fit, understand what good analysis looks like, and approach the work with more confidence.
By the end of the workshop, you will have:
a clearer understanding of what Business Analysts do and how the role can vary
a practical view of how business analysis supports better decisions and business change
an introduction to core areas such as stakeholders, processes, requirements, business cases and solution delivery
a better sense of how the main concepts and techniques connect in real work
a useful foundation for further learning, including BCS Practitioner modules or the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
