The accelerating pace of digital transformation, amplified by artificial intelligence, demands new forms of leadership that transcend traditional hierarchies. Business Analysts exemplify this shift as ‘title-less leaders’ — professionals who influence, align and drive organisational change without formal authority.
This session examines the evolving role of the BA as a strategic navigator in complex ecosystems, highlighting how analytical thinking, adaptability and human-centred approaches enable them to bridge the divide between business vision and technological execution. By reframing leadership as impact rather than position, the BA demonstrates resilience and foresight in guiding organisations through uncertainty.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how BAs can harness AI as a collaborative tool, foster innovation, and position themselves as indispensable catalysts of transformation in the modern enterprise.
