As a Business Process Management (BPM) expert, Business Architect and Business Analyst with more than 20 years’ experience across various industries, Dina has an aptitude of solving business problems and assisting clients to achieve business objectives and create sustainable value. During 2024-2025 she gained hands-on experience in various roles including Product Owner, Feature Analyst, performing BA Capability Assessments and developing a Digital Twin solution.
She is passionate about sharing information and helping others to gain knowledge and achieve their development goals resulting in lecturing from time to time. Combining her passion and professional experience, she completed her doctorate (as a practitioner researcher) with the focus on an approach to assist SME managers to benefit from BPM.
