Bianca de Villiers is a Business Analyst, mentor, and founder of The Requirements Lab (TRL). With over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, hyperautomation, digital transformation, and financial services, she is passionate about helping individuals and organisations solve complex problems through effective business analysis.

As a certified CBAP® professional and dedicated coach, Bianca has supported numerous analysts on their certification and career journeys, combining practical industry experience with a people-first approach to learning. Through TRL, she is building a community where Business Analysts can grow their skills, confidence, and impact.

Bianca is a strong advocate for lifelong learning, authentic leadership, and elevating the Business Analysis profession. She is honoured to serve as a Track Chair for the IIBA South Africa Summit and looks forward to connecting with fellow practitioners who are shaping the future of Business Analysis.
