With over 14 years of experience in the ICT sector, Pheladi Sedibe has built a strong track record across both public and private sectors. She holds a National Diploma in Software Development, along with National Certificates Level 6 in Advanced Business Analysis and National Certificate Level 5 in Project Management. In addition, Sedibe is certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals & Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies & Design and TOGAF 9 and is a registered member of the Association of Enterprise Architects in South Africa.
Beyond formal qualifications, she has completed various professional development courses, including Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness and Self-Management, Listening Essentials, Effective Team Membership, and Customer Relationship Management.
During her tenure at South African Tourism, Sedibe served on several key governance committees, including the Tender Board Committee, Business Specification Committee (BSC), Business Evaluation Committee (BEC) & IT Steering Committee.
