She holds a National Diploma in Software Development, along with National Certificates Level 6 in Advanced Business Analysis and National Certificate Level 5 in Project Management. In addition, Sedibe is certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals & Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies & Design and TOGAF 9 and is a registered member of the Association of Enterprise Architects in South Africa.
Beyond formal qualifications, she has completed various professional development courses, including Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness and Self-Management, Listening Essentials, Effective Team Membership, and Customer Relationship Management.
