Sivuyile is currently a Business Analyst Manager. She has over 10yrs work experience in the IT project delivery space. Her experience in project delivery spans across the SDLC from a developer, tester, business analyst, project manager and even system support point of view. She believes a broad experience helps bring a holistic view when solving problems and solution designing.
She has a BSc in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town (UCT). And a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB). Sivuyile has a keen interest in how key external factors influence strategy implementation; such as behaviors, environmental influences, mindset, and bias. As such, her MBA thesis was based on strategy implementation, specifically focusing on the role of middle management in the process.
