Based on 2 cases within our own work environment we would like to highlight the role of BA as team leader and team connector.
- Case1:
- Last year one of our product teams experienced profound changes. Some people left the company with a lot of their product knowledge. The remaining people on the team became desperate, confused and frustrated.
- Case 2:
- In the same year a new project started in another team but there was not enough internal development capacity. A nearshore development team was brought in. We experienced that this is not always obvious with a lot of extra pitfalls and challenges.
