The number of digital solutions and apps is growing exponentially. Everybody wants to have their own app. With limited resources in time, money and effort, they are all looking for any kind of tool or methodology, that can speed-up the design phase and enable them to deliver the very first version of solution (minimum valuable product) that will be accepted by the customers.
So – how to combine creative ideas and new technologies – such as (AI, ML, UX, IOT , RPA) and create a unique, valuable, usable and sticky solution, that will fit the needs of different types of users (personas) and will support needed cases and deliver value to the users, project and to the owner?
Within digital transformation projects, we created and designed – proven in real projects – a special Solution Design Canvas and combine it with LEGO® bricks, that allow as to innovate ideas, incorporate ultimate technologies, rethink Customer Experience and, based on Data & Business Analytics, measure all-important KPI and support our business decision about further development.
This workshop takes us through an example of one such Solution Design Canvas from customer NEEDS to customer VALUE and EXPERIENCE. Furthermore, we will investigate the importance of different personas and scenarios in the processes that serve to build/design requirements for first public version of solution. Participants in the workshop will hands-on innovate, analyse options and scenarios, design solution’s format and, most of all, see the importance of communication between different stakeholders in solution design process.
