In this presentation we would like to introduce the Outcome-based Process Measurement Framework (OPMF) as a guide to the process measurement strategy implementation.

The OPMF is structured to embody the methodology that needs to be followed to be able to perform a complete measurement plan aimed at evaluating and reporting on performance of business processes.
