
We spend much of our professional lives learning to work, or doing work, or acquiring skills for work. But how do we know if we’re doing our best work? Is there some way to evaluate it accurately and objectively? I believe there is. And, I believe it’s not a secret method or formula, but rather some questions about tomorrow that can help steer us in the right direction, today.
About the Speaker
Delvin Fletcher joined IIBA as its 4th President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020.
Prior to joining IIBA, he was with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as CIO, leading digital transformation in a large membership and regulated not-for-profit association. He spent his early professional years with KPMG Management Consulting working on strategy, marketing, technology and operations projects in North America and EMEA. He has served in leadership roles and managed global teams at both multinationals and high growth privately held companies, including SAP, Rubbermaid, Shred-it International, Ethoca Limited and Xchange Technology Group. In addition, his experience includes extensive consulting and interim leadership roles in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Delvin holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and is both a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
