Laura has extensive software implementation, system migration, process reengineering and implementation of business change experience specialising largely in the business analysis and product ownership competency. She’s held various roles within the business delivery lifecycle at both the operational and leadership levels.
Her focus is to understand business goals, leadership requirements & environmental culture in order to create successful delivery teams whether project or business as usual in an ever-changing digital landscape where value creation and speed to market is an ongoing imperative.
