Gone are the days of lengthy requirements that require a second form of analysis post creation just to understand. Requirements, by definition, should provide the necessary detail, and only this detail, to enable clear communication of the business needs and required solution. But how do you know what is enough detail? This presentation unpacks how to go about providing clear requirements that are unambiguous and contain only what is necessary. This helps a Business Analyst focus on which is not in the documentation of requirements but the delivery of business value that those requirements serve to detail.
