In an era defined by disruption, volatility, and rapid technological shifts, resilience for Business Analysts isn’t reactive, it’s designed. This session explores how BAs can lead through uncertainty by reimagining their role, evolving their toolkit, and architecting adaptability into their practices.
Drawing on real-world experiences, from navigating regulatory shifts to integrating AI, Yaseen Patel shares a strategic, intentional approach to BA reinvention. Attendees will learn how to design for resilience through structured flexibility, influence without authority, and apply cutting-edge tools like prompt engineering and RAG mapping. This session isn’t about riding out the storm, it’s about leading through it, by design.
